Robust aromas of agave pulp, lemongrass, fennel and green vegetable. Aeration allows notes of cocoa bean, olive brine and oaky vanilla to emerge. Palate entry is firm and oily; at midpalate there's a subtle fruitiness that's fino Sherry-like in its bearing. Finishes lovely, round and biscuity.
Color: Light amber with copper highlights.
