From 25-30 year-old ungrafted Cabernet Sauvinon vines in the De Martino family's Santa Ines Vineyard in the Maipo Valley. This dry red ferments in stainless steel, then ages in neutral barrel for a few months before spending one year in 5,000L foudres. With rich black fruit, this medium-bodied red has fine tannins and freshness.
