A dry, full-bodied blend of Corot Noir and DeChaunac, a Canadian grape first grown in Ontario, which thrives in New York. This blend is more than the sum of its parts, with a big flavor, but a velvety texture. Named in honor of a frequent visitor to the farm house, who thumped away for hours at the winery window during their first day of production.
