We don't see much German Pinot Noir (or Spätburgunder as it's called there) in the USA and what we do find is either very light or pretty pricy. So this lovely example from Baden is an extra treat because it's both delicious and affordable! Generous sweet/tart cherry/berry fruit with nicely earthy undertones and a touch of citrusy/pommegranite acidity on the fresh, juicy, finish.
