The Pinot noir grapes give the Natural its red fruit profile with elements of tart cherry and fresh strawberries readily apparent. The Chardonnay adds flavors and aromas of green apple and zesty Meyer lemon. Extended tirage aging rounds out the blend with subtle yeasty notes and a creaminess in the mouthfeel and finish.
