Following fermentation, the wine was aged for fifteen months in new French and American oak barrels to ensure rounded tannins, great structure and depth of flavor. An intense purple red colour, it has vibrant ripe black fruits on the nose and palate, underpinned by elegant spice, chocolate and vanilla notes.
