This seasonal mead begins life with the same amazing raw NY honey that is used to craft Heritage. We then had Indian Ladder Farms press a custom blend of apples for us exclusively for this mead. We have decided to leave it cloudy because when you clarify it, you remove much of the character that is brought to the mead from the apples themselves. The result is an Apple Mead that is crisp and fresh tasting with a harmonious balance of apples and honey.
