Crafted with grapes from California’s North Coast and beyond, Glass Beach marries some of the world’s most dazzling white varieties. Sauvignon Blanc (a native of France’s Loire Valley and BIG star in New Zealand) brings vibrant acidity and a floral-citrus character. Pinot Grigio, which makes many of northern Italy’s finest whites, adds ripe, stone-fruit notes. And Chardonnay imparts a luscious texture and more peachy flavor.
