The palate displays an impressive viscosity, while still being very soft and approachable. It is moderately sweet, with flavors of brown sugar, maple doughnuts, honeycrisp apple and almonds. This gentle 10 year old bourbon finishes mildly sweet with a bit of tannin peppered throughout, leaving you with a long aniseed and oak shavings finish.
