This is a classic styled Sancerre from Bailly's vineyards in and around the village of Bué. Made with spontaneous fermentation and aged on the lees. This is beautiful example of a Sancerre wine. This wine is jammed full with minerals, citrus and and rich, melon fruit. An ideal food-friendly white wine.
