100% Chardonnay. A rather open and rich wine, with plenty of fresh, balanced acidity and a savory mineral spine. This is a classically styled white Burgundy from the Cote Chalonnaise, the region just to the south of the Coote de Beaune. While you could go upscale and drink this with a butter-poached seafood, it is versatile enough to drink as an aperitif.
