Sciaccarellu (pronounced ‘shack-a-rello’) is a red grape from Corsica that makes a medium-bodied, floral red with just enough grip. You’ll like it if you like wines like grenache, and even nero d’Avola. It has notes of Amarena cherry, licorice, and thyme.
