Bell'Agio Chianti is available in the traditional straw-covered bottle. This wine is a vibrant ruby color and has a full bouquet reminiscent of violets. The taste is dry and smooth with zesty notes of cherry and berry fruit. It is ideal with veal, Italian dishes and cheeses.
Traditional fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks at a controlled temperature. The wine completes the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then matures in the bottle for at least 3 months before release.
