Named for the legendary dragon that lives in the winding canals of Venice, Brezza del Drago was crafted from Raboso grapes grown just outside the city. This ancient variety was once the most popular grape in northern Italy’s Veneto region, but has been nearly forgotten in modern times. However, thanks to quality-focused local winemakers, it’s making a well-deserved comeback.
