Aizpurua Txakoli is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri (60-year-old vines) planted on sand and clay soils, fermented with native yeasts in steel tanks at low temperature and blanketed in carbon dioxide. Clean and approachable with ample tart fruit and a slight effervescence, this wine has saline, briny character with ample acidity and freshness.
