This wine is made from 100% Primitivo grown in the Gioia del Colle region. Deep ruby color with intense aromas of ripe blackberry and mulberry with notes of sour cherry, clove and bitter chocolate. The palate is dense and full-bodied though extremely well-balanced with soft yet powerful tannins and a persistent acidity that lead into a long finish with notes of toasted almonds.
