The grapes for this wine were harvested by hand from forty-five-yea-old vines and the wine matured in French and American oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. Malbec brings intense ripe fruitto the wine, while small portions of Cabernet Franc and Tannat bring mint tones and a firm structure. This deep purple wine has profound aromas and flavors of blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries, layered with spices and touches of oak, which linger elegantly on the palate.
