Wine Enthusiast 92 Points This exotic liqueur comes with a spicy story: supposedly it's named for Xtabay—a disgraced Mayan prostitute—and the aromatic flowers that eventually sprung from her grave, named xtabentun. The thick, pale yellow liqueur is made with honey, anisette and rum, and has a warm, funky honey-and-spice profile. It's currently a darling among the mixology set, who are using it to flavor Tequila and other spirits.
