Using the latest barrel-toasting techniques, we char new American Oak from the Missouri Ozarks to a precise temperature, which allows us to extract the unique flavors of maple syrup, vanilla, and caramel from the wood. Then, with our unique process of tonal vibrations, we blend carefully selected bourbons from across the country to create our desired character profile. This is exactly what we mean when we say “Perfectly Tuned Taste.”
The name refers to rhythmic disruptions that are used to finish this small-batch Bourbon blend. Overall, this is a relatively light sipper, melding warm nuttiness on nose and palate with maple, cedar and spice.
