Toasty, smoky aromas of gingerbread, almond butter, dried moss, soursop, grilled banana, and charred green coconuts with a satiny, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, elegant, medium-long smoked ancho chile, tamarind, mango, toasted pound cake, worn leather, and guava pastry finish. A highly distinctive single malt with loads of spicy, tropical character.
The sweet warmth and briny, peppery finish that are the symbol of the Talisker character have been carfully accentuated through a skillful blend of differing aged Talisker casks. The profound maritime character achieves a deeper intensity, like a warm welcom from a wild Hebridean sea.
