The nose is full of young, raw grain. Lots of honey, hops, and apple cider. It's shocking at first but calms down after it sits in the glass for a while. In the mouth, it's obviously a very young spirit, white pepper spicy and juicy, with toffee, apples, grass, and bitter mint. Overall, it's a rye that manages to make its lack of age work in its favor.
