Wine Enthusiast 92 Points Opening whiffs provide ample evidence of the presence of both lemon and lime riding in tandem; the aroma fades noticeably in the extra minutes of aeration. Palate entry is seamless and attractive; the midpalate is especially savory as the lemon/lime duo comes off as crisp and tart. Aftertaste accents the tartness of the citrus without being astringent or harsh.
Delicately aromatic with clear scents of sweet lemon at the start, building to a more intense blast of lime. A very natural and complex citrus smell, with no confected overtones. The palate is again quite subtle and gently zesty, governed by pure lemon flavors, with floral touches on the finish.
The fragrance is sweet and like lemonade. Initially neutral flavor gives over to alcohol bite, and then a powerful, lingering bitter lemon finish. Probably would be good in a lemon drop, or cocktail that adds some sweetness to balance out the bite.
