A fine brandy with a well balanced, smooth taste and distinctive French brandy character. St-Remy uses eaux-de-vie distilled from eight grape varieties, which are aged 1-2 years, of which 6 months are spent exclusively in small 200 liter oak barrels. A soft and velvety brandy with golden color and notes of oak, vanilla, caramel and subtle fruit tones.
