Distilled by Foursquare Distillery and produced by Rolling Fork Spirits. This single cask was aged in an ex-bourbon barrel for a total of 13 years—8 years tropical aging in Barbados and 5 years continental aging in Liverpool, UK, with an additional 6-month maturation at Rolling Fork’s Starlight, IN, rickhouse. Aromas of orange peel, salted caramel, and worn leather precede an oily, piquant palate bursting with toffee, allspice, and clove with a rich, lingering finish of amaretto, cacao, and galangal. Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength.
