Bourbon aged in American White Oak barrels made at their own cooperage, and finished in a second barrel that was used to store black walnut syrup tapped from trees at the distillery and surrounding groves. Smooth, nutty, and slightly sweet. Makes a great fireside sipper, poured over a large ice cube.
