This Vermouth, traditionally drank at Christmas, is still made by hand using an old 1750 recipe. Herbs and spices are added to Tuscan wine along with a little sugar and alcohol, then left to mature before being filtered and bottled. Light-amber in color, sweet-tasting with a bitter orange edge it is especially good at the end of a meal with blue cheese or custard.
