Matured in ex-bourbon casks, STR casks and a small percentage of virgin oak. Soft floral notes at first, enhanced by a subtle fruitiness and delicate sweetness. There’s touches of oak shavings, but kept to a minimum. The palate is medium bodied with spicy notes, a whiff of oak, some faint notes of orange peel and honey.
