A mono-varietal Grappa distilled from Chardonnay aged for at least 36months in small oak barrels. Aromas of thyme and baked apples can be found. Ample yet soft in body and sleek in texture, which is then followed by flavors of ripe apricot, golden apple, and baking spices.
