Opening softer on the nose for such high proof, it shows bright cherry and spice aromas to start. Makes the transition to white cherry cola notes with subtle hints of cocoa powder, brown butter and banana, all on a fairly rich frame. Heat doesn't kick in until the finish, allowing the flavors to come thru up front. Add a little water, and the flavors morph to toffee and peanut brittle, with bitter coffee, cutting the richness a bit but keeping the frame intact. Bottled at 120 Proof.
