This Bay Laurel Liqueur is prepared in small batches on the Amalfi Coast according to an old recipe. Wild bay laurel grows profusely on the Amalfi Coast. The leaves from the trees are harvested by hand when the leaves have matured and then are used to make this liqueur. Great as an after dinner drink or as a craft cocktail ingredient.
