A product of Master Distiller Dave Pickerell (Makers Mark), it is the worlds first Solera aged Bourbon, created in small batches using copper pot stills, and one of the few 'field-to-glass' whiskeys using estate grown grain. Aromas of sweet caramel and vanilla make way for a full, robust body, highlighting brown sugar, molasses, clove and cinnamon. Balanced by the warm finish with hints of Oloroso sherry.
