Four Gin is a collaborative effort between 2 breweries: Druthers Brewing Co. and Adirondack Brewery; and 2 distilleries: Harvest Farm Distillery and High Peaks Distilling. The brewers combined their 2 IPA formulas in a traditional copper pot still. The first distillation preserved the flavor of the hops and malt. During the second distillation, traditional gin botanicals, including juniper and coriander, were added, giving a unique flavor to this one-of-a-kind gin.
