Some like it hot – and so do we. Hanson of Sonoma likes to keep things interesting, so in 2016 they decided to dump a whole bunch of chilies into their vodka and see how things turned out. Spoiler alert: it went well. Like heat and spice and everything nice. Sweet and savory, the peppers come through strong on the nose and palate but are balanced by a hint of lemongrass on the finish.
