Sometimes, to capture all the flavor in a Rum, you have to bottle it at high proof. Rich flavors of dark, stone fruit, smoky wood, burnt cane, treacle and brown spice. This Rum was blended from select marques of Rum, distilled and then aged for up to five years in Guyana to capture as much flavor as possible.
