After 13 years in a single refill sherry puncheon, it was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in February 2020. On the nose, layers of fragrant smoke support spiced apple pie, with homemade berry jam on burnt toast. Notes of marzipan and toasted nuts, with strawberry laces and baking spice on the palate. It finishes strong with hints of honeycomb, smoky nuts and cinnamon.
