A blend of 21 Year Corn, 20 Year Corn, 15 Year Corn, and 8 Year Wheated Whiskey. Season 4 was an exploration of toasting new American Oak Barrells. We burned French, Spanish, and American Oak as well as Amburana to toast these casks, each with varying toast and char levels, creating a wide range of unique profiles. This particular barrel was finished in New American Oak, Char #1 and had a Heavy Toast with French Oak. The grain used was 71% Corn and 29% Wheat. ABV is 58.30%.
