It lands with a resounding cinnamon sugar note, layered upon Irish buttered toast, harkening back to Batch 005. The texture constantly evolves, from sticky sweet to viscous to a crackling wood-spiced tannin that emerges on the back of the palate, mingling beautifully with notes of fat toasted marshmallow and malted chocolate cake.
