A Scottish gin, you say? From the Balmenach whisky distillery in Scotland's Speyside region comes this crisp gin, with a light juniper and citrus scent and a surprisingly warm finish with a prickle of anise and alcohol. The distiller notes list a host of intriguing botanicals, including rowan berry, heather and Coul Blush apple, which unfortunately are undetectable. However, the clean, quinine-like feel suggests this would be a fine match for G&T lovers.
