The second edition of the Infinity bottling from Bruichladdich, this one boasts a slightly higher peating level and has been matured in Bourbon casks before being finished in Rioja casks. A superb vatting of three different vintages of Bruichladdich. Distilled with unusually tall, narrow necked stills for a refined floral, and fruity spirit. Bottled at higher drinking strength of 52.5% ABV for a fuller flavour. Sweet, malty, soft red fruits with drifts of peat smoke.
