A 3 star cognac (now called VS) from Bisquit. The Bisquit family was already in the middle of the 18th century active in the cognac business and after the establishment in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquitthey grew fast to become one of the great brands. Already in the middle of the 19th century, they belonged to the top-10 cognac houses. We estimate this was bottled in the 1930s.
It has been aged fro a minimum of two years in French oak casks, producing a tasty, sweet palate, rich in plummy fruit notes, and touches of vanilla, cinnamon, black tea and sweet grape.
