American Single Malt is made with 100% malted barley. It is triple distilled in Belmont Farm's 3,000 gallon copper pot still, which brings through its unique flavor. Their single malt is produced, distilled, barreled in new American oak barrels and aged for 3 years, then bottled at Belmont Farm Distillery. They cut the bottle strength to 86 proof with their farm purified mineral water.
