Lovely Melon liqueur from the Provence region of France. Unlike Midori, this isn't shockingly green, nor is it sugary sweet. There is a sweetness to it for sure, but its an honest, ripe melon level to go with its earnest profile. Pretty as can be in a spritz, or as a take on a Bellini in sparkling wine.
