The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavors of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.
