American Oak Distillery's used bourbon barrels have been utilized by several local maple syrup producers to create bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. Once complete, the maple saturated bourbon barrels are returned to the distillers for the production of their American Oak Maple. This whiskey is aged for at least 6 months.
