American Oak's Double Barrel Bourbon takes on an innovative approach. They age it twice. They place their charred American Oak barrels at the top of their rack house in Bolton Landing, in the heart of the Adirondacks. As the seasons change the flavors do too. The Bourbon is left with a strong influence of smoke, oak, vanilla and spice.
