This Aberlour 19 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single cask offering that was matured in a first fill sherry butt for 19 years. It’s a sweet and fruity Speyside dram. The whisky brings notes of dried fruits, sherried raisins and then comes some ground coffee beans and cocoa leaves. Pipe tobacco is apparent on the finish, joined once again by more dried fruits and some pears.
