This is a traditional sparkling petillant, made with Altesse, Mondeuse, Chardonnay from the Jura. The nose shows a light stone fruits with a hit of cream, beeswax, white flowers, and citrus. The palate is clean with moderate acid and a flavor set of mountain minerals, citrus, stone fruits with a floral lift.
