The wines from this Languedoc winery are the result of four generations worth of relationships between winemakers and grape growers. The vineyards that go into the Cinquante Cinq wines all rest in the unique microclimate of Alignan du Vent known for its Mediterranean influence balanced with the prevailing North wind. Everything is done to achieve a purity of fruit and to maintain high levels of acidity in these varietally bottled wines.
